The app uses push notifications to alert reaction officers of emergency situations. Officers may receive notifications even when the app is closed. Clients may receive notifications confirming their alert has been acknowledged. You may disable push notifications through your device settings, however this may affect the functionality of the app for reaction officers.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
